OUR READING
What the specs
mean on court
On the numbers, the Adidas Metalbone 3.4 2025 - Ale Galan makes most sense for intermediate left-side players and advanced attackers. It is a weaker choice for beginners and intermediate right-side players.
A diamond head moves mass towards the tip. The smash and the vibora get easier; defending low balls and volleying off centre get harder. The medium core is a compromise between comfort and a crisp response.
