That is the whole interaction. The app works out the game, the set, the serve, the change of ends, and says the new score out loud.

Set it once. The scoreboard applies it for the whole match.
Golden point, advantage or star point
Golden point ends the game at 40-40. Advantage plays it out. Star point is the rule the FIP applies to professional competition from 2026: two advantages are played as normal, then one sudden-death point decides, so a game can never run past the third deuce.
1, 3 or 5 sets, and 4, 6 or 9 games
A quick single set before work, the normal best of three, or the long format. Short 4-game sets and long 9-game sets are both there for club nights and box leagues.
Tie break and super tie break
Turn the tie break on or off and choose the points. The final set can be a full set or a super tie break, which is the usual club rule when the court time is running out.
The serve, tracked properly
Pick the team and the player who serves first. From there the app rotates the serve through all four players and tells you who is serving now, so nobody has to remember.
The change of ends, announced
The app counts the games and calls the change of ends, so you are not the pair that swaps at the wrong moment.

Because the scoreboard
is not the product
Most padel apps put the scoreboard behind a subscription. We did the opposite. Scoring a match is a two hour a week habit, and a habit should not have a price on it.
The paid part of Padel AI is the video analysis, where the app watches your match and scores six techniques. The scoreboard, the stats and the match history are free and unlimited, and they stay that way whether or not you ever run a scan.
The two do connect, though. Once you have both a scanned technique score and a season of scored matches, you can see whether the technique you fixed actually changed the number of games you win. That is the question every player really wants answered.

Is the padel scoreboard free?
Yes. The scoreboard, the live stats and the match history are free and unlimited, with no account needed. Only the AI video analysis needs a subscription.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The scoring runs entirely on your phone, so it works in a basement court with no signal. Your matches are stored on the device.
Does it really say the score out loud?
Yes. After each point it announces the new score, and it speaks in the language your app is set to. It also calls the golden point, the tie break and the change of ends. You can put the phone on the bench and not touch it again.
What is the star point rule?
It is the deuce rule the International Padel Federation applies to professional competition from 2026. Two advantages are played normally, and if the game reaches a third deuce, one sudden-death point decides it. The app supports it alongside the classic golden point and full advantage.
Can I score from my Apple Watch?
Yes. The Padel AI watch app shows the live score on your wrist and lets you score the point there, and it records the match to Apple Health as a workout. See the Apple Watch page for the detail.
Does it keep my old matches?
Every match you finish goes into a history list with the final score, the format you played, the date and the full point by point record. Nothing is deleted when a match ends.
