These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PadelAI mobile application ("App") operated by PadelAI ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

PadelAI is an AI-powered padel coaching application that provides:

• AI Video Analysis: Upload match footage to receive technique scores across 6 categories (Bandeja, Vibora, Smash, Volley, Wall Play, Serve & Return) on the Playtomic 1.0–7.0 scale
• Training Library: Curated exercises and drills tailored to your skill level
• Score Tracking: Historical tracking of your technique scores and progress
• Americano Tournaments: Tools for organizing and managing padel tournaments

2. Subscriptions and Credits

2.1 Credit System

Video analysis requires credits. Each video analysis consumes 1 credit (referred to as "Scan Credits" or "SCN" within the App). Credits are obtained through subscription plans or individual purchases.

2.2 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: Provides 7 analysis credits per week
• Annual Plan: Provides approximately 100 analysis credits per year

Additional credit packs may be available for individual purchase within the App.

2.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Unused credits from a subscription period do not roll over.

3. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Important: The AI-powered video analysis is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Specifically:

• Technique scores are AI-generated estimates and should not be treated as definitive assessments
• Analysis quality depends on video quality, camera angle, lighting, and other factors
• AI recommendations do not replace professional coaching or medical advice
• Scores may vary between analyses of the same footage due to the nature of AI processing

We recommend using PadelAI as a supplementary tool alongside professional instruction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes. You shall not:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third party's rights
• Upload videos of individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to develop competing products or services
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the credit system or subscription requirements
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Share or resell your account credentials or credits

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by PadelAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any videos you upload. By uploading videos for analysis, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process the video through our AI system solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
