What is the Playtomic 1.0–7.0 scale?
The 1.0–7.0 scale is the level system popularized by Playtomic and used by padel clubs worldwide. 1.0–2.0 is beginner, 2.5–3.5 lower intermediate, 4.0–5.0 upper intermediate, 5.5–6.0 advanced, and 6.5–7.0 professional. Padel AI scores every technique on this same scale, so your results map directly to the level you already use to book matches.
How should I film my match for the best analysis?
Place your phone at one end of the court, ideally elevated behind the glass, so the full court and all players are visible. Landscape or portrait both work. Clips of 1–5 minutes of real rallies give the most accurate technique scores — no special camera or equipment is needed.
Is my video data private?
Yes. Videos are uploaded over an encrypted connection, used only to generate your analysis, and are not shared with third parties. You can delete your analyses from the app at any time.
