OUR READING
What the specs
mean on court
On the numbers, the Star Vie Kenta Pro 2025 is a niche pick: it is not in the top fifth of rackets for any of our six player types. It is a weaker choice for beginners, intermediate all-rounders, intermediate left-side players, advanced attackers and players with elbow or arm trouble.
A round head keeps the sweet spot big and central. Mishits stay in play, and placement is easy; you supply the power on the smash yourself. The harder core rewards a fast, clean swing with pace and precision, and punishes late contact.
Against the Star Vie Kenta Pro 2024, the published specs changed in 4 places:

FAQ
Questions about the
Star Vie Kenta Pro 2025
Is the Star Vie Kenta Pro 2025 good for beginners?
It scores 65 out of 98 for a beginner in our match engine, which is poor fit, ranking #642 of 862 eligible rackets. A rounder, softer racket will forgive more while your timing develops.
Is the Star Vie Kenta Pro 2025 a power or a control racket?
It plays as a control racket. The round shape and low to medium balance keep the sweet spot low and central, which favours control and forgiveness.
How heavy is the Star Vie Kenta Pro 2025?
The manufacturer lists it at 350 to 385 g. Most padel rackets sit between 350 and 375 g; this one is in the middle of that range.
Is the Star Vie Kenta Pro 2025 good for tennis elbow?
We do not recommend it with elbow trouble: the hard core transmits more shock. See our guide to the best padel rackets for tennis elbow, and see a physio if it hurts.
How much does the Star Vie Kenta Pro 2025 cost?
The recommended retail price is €299. UK shops usually sell below RRP, and the price drops further once the next season's model arrives.
