OUR READING
What the specs
mean on court
On the numbers, the Nox Quantum 12K Carbon 2025 makes most sense for advanced attackers and intermediate left-side players. It is a weaker choice for beginners, intermediate right-side players and players with elbow or arm trouble.
A diamond head moves mass towards the tip. The smash and the vibora get easier; defending low balls and volleying off centre get harder. The medium core is a compromise between comfort and a crisp response.
These scores assume the answers of a typical player of each type. The free racket finder scores it for your own answers, and the Padel AI app goes further: film one match and it scores your real technique, then re-ranks all 1,418 rackets for the way you actually play. FAQ
Questions about the
Nox Quantum 12K Carbon 2025
Is the Nox Quantum 12K Carbon 2025 good for beginners?
No. Its diamond shape rules it out for a first racket in our engine. A round, soft racket forgives far more while your timing develops; see our beginner racket guide.
Is the Nox Quantum 12K Carbon 2025 a power or a control racket?
It plays as a power racket. The diamond shape and high balance put the sweet spot high on the face, which adds power on the smash.
How heavy is the Nox Quantum 12K Carbon 2025?
The manufacturer lists it at 360 to 375 g. Most padel rackets sit between 350 and 375 g; this one is in the middle of that range.
Is the Nox Quantum 12K Carbon 2025 good for tennis elbow?
For a player with arm trouble it scores 70 out of 98, poor fit. A softer core would absorb more of the impact. See a physio if the pain persists.
How much does the Nox Quantum 12K Carbon 2025 cost?
The recommended retail price is €340. UK shops usually sell below RRP, and the price drops further once the next season's model arrives.
