OUR READING
What the specs
mean on court
On the numbers, the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026 makes most sense for intermediate all-rounders and intermediate right-side players. It is a weaker choice for beginners, intermediate left-side players and advanced attackers.
A diamond head moves mass towards the tip. The smash and the vibora get easier; defending low balls and volleying off centre get harder. The medium core is a compromise between comfort and a crisp response.
These scores assume the answers of a typical player of each type. The free racket finder scores it for your own answers, and the Padel AI app goes further: film one match and it scores your real technique, then re-ranks all 1,418 rackets for the way you actually play. FAQ
Questions about the
Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026
Is the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026 good for beginners?
No. Its diamond shape rules it out for a first racket in our engine. A round, soft racket forgives far more while your timing develops; see our beginner racket guide.
Is the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026 a power or a control racket?
It plays as a control racket. The diamond shape and medium balance put the sweet spot high on the face, which adds power on the smash.
How heavy is the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026?
The manufacturer lists it at 360 to 375 g. Most padel rackets sit between 350 and 375 g; this one is in the middle of that range.
Is the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026 good for tennis elbow?
For a player with arm trouble it scores 75 out of 98, workable. A softer core would absorb more of the impact. See a physio if the pain persists.
How much does the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026 cost?
The recommended retail price is €270. UK shops usually sell below RRP, and the price drops further once the next season's model arrives.
