## What the specs mean on court

On the numbers, the Joma Slam Soft Gris-Negro 2025 makes most sense for players with elbow or arm trouble, intermediate all-rounders and intermediate right-side players. It is a weaker choice for beginners, intermediate left-side players and advanced attackers.

A diamond head moves mass towards the tip. The smash and the vibora get easier; defending low balls and volleying off centre get harder. The softer core holds the ball longer and gives easy depth at slow swing speeds, at the cost of some precision on hard hits.

These scores assume the answers of a typical player of each type.
