## What the specs mean on court

On the numbers, the Babolat Viper Soft 3.0 2026 Juan Lebron makes most sense for advanced attackers and intermediate left-side players. It is a weaker choice for beginners, intermediate all-rounders, intermediate right-side players and players with elbow or arm trouble.

A diamond head moves mass towards the tip. The smash and the vibora get easier; defending low balls and volleying off centre get harder. The medium core is a compromise between comfort and a crisp response.

These scores assume the answers of a typical player of each type. ## Questions about the Babolat Viper Soft 3.0 2026 Juan Lebron

### Is the Babolat Viper Soft 3.0 2026 Juan Lebron good for beginners?

No. Its diamond shape rules it out for a first racket in our engine. A round, soft racket forgives far more while your timing develops; see our [beginner racket guide](https://padelaiapp.com/rackets/best-padel-racket-for-beginners).

### Is the Babolat Viper Soft 3.0 2026 Juan Lebron a power or a control racket?

It plays as a power racket. The diamond shape and high balance put the sweet spot high on the face, which adds power on the smash.

### How heavy is the Babolat Viper Soft 3.0 2026 Juan Lebron?

The manufacturer lists it at 365 g. Most padel rackets sit between 350 and 375 g; this one is in the middle of that range.

### Is the Babolat Viper Soft 3.0 2026 Juan Lebron good for tennis elbow?

For a player with arm trouble it scores 69 out of 98, poor fit. A softer core would absorb more of the impact. See a physio if the pain persists.

The recommended retail price is €300. UK shops usually sell below RRP, and the price drops further once the next season's model arrives.
