## What the specs mean on court

On the numbers, the Adidas Cross It Carbon CTRL 3.4 2025 makes most sense for intermediate all-rounders and intermediate right-side players. It is a weaker choice for intermediate left-side players and advanced attackers.

A round head keeps the sweet spot big and central. Mishits stay in play, and placement is easy; you supply the power on the smash yourself. The medium core is a compromise between comfort and a crisp response.
