## What the specs mean on court

On the numbers, the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026 makes most sense for intermediate all-rounders and intermediate right-side players. It is a weaker choice for beginners, intermediate left-side players and advanced attackers.

A diamond head moves mass towards the tip. The smash and the vibora get easier; defending low balls and volleying off centre get harder. The medium core is a compromise between comfort and a crisp response.

## Questions about the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026

### Is the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026 good for beginners?

No. Its diamond shape rules it out for a first racket in our engine. A round, soft racket forgives far more while your timing develops; see our [beginner racket guide](https://padelaiapp.com/rackets/best-padel-racket-for-beginners).

### Is the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026 a power or a control racket?

It plays as a control racket. The diamond shape and medium balance put the sweet spot high on the face, which adds power on the smash.

### How heavy is the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026?

The manufacturer lists it at 360 to 375 g. Most padel rackets sit between 350 and 375 g; this one is in the middle of that range.

### Is the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026 good for tennis elbow?

For a player with arm trouble it scores 75 out of 98, workable. A softer core would absorb more of the impact. See a physio if the pain persists.

### How much does the Adidas Arrow Hit Carbon CTRL 2026 cost?

The recommended retail price is €270. UK shops usually sell below RRP, and the price drops further once the next season's model arrives.
